All returns must be made within 1 day of the parcel's arrival.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with original receipt.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is
defective or the wrong item was shipped.
You are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video when your parcel arrives. This
will help us speed up the return process and ensure smooth handling in case of any
issues with the item.
Exceptions:
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged,
please contact us within 1 days after receiving it. Provide a copy of the unboxing
video along with your return request. We will provide a return authorization and
arrange for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping
costs and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
Refunds:
